How to Initiate a Return

  2. If your return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  3. Eligibility for Return:
    To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

  4. Damages and Issues:
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in 24 hrs after receiving the parcel, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide an exchange or refund if necessary.

  5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., vegetables), frozen food, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

  6. Return Shipping:
    For eligible returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  7. Refunds:
    We will notify you once your refund request has been processed. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
